We came upon some toadstools,

In a village that looked dandy.

I asked if they’d seen Loosey,

They said she was with Sandy.

Sandy is a baby deer

Whose herd lives at the lake.

So off we went to find this doe

Before it got too late.

Then we saw another sign…

Acorns pointing south.

Did Loosey drop these on the path,

While being carried in Sandy’s mouth?

Next, we asked a friendly squirrel …

He had not seen our Goose.

He said, “Keep going on down the path,

And ask a chipmunk named Bruce.”
